COMBUSTION KIDS IS MEANT TO BE BIG FUN FOR ALL AGES.

Combustion Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Our Coaches are CrossFit Kids Trainers who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. The program will be based primarily on running, drills, games, bodyweight exercises, tumbling, etc.
