    • First, you can attend your first class for FREE, just look under Class Schedule, pick out a time/day, send us a quick email and come on in, it’s that simple.When choosing a class time to visit, there are only a couple of classes that we prefer you not visit. The Essentials class (required for new members) is mostly instructional in nature and is quite different from what we do on a daily basis. Also, the Combustion Barbell Club on Saturdays at 10:00 am is an advanced class and is reserved for our salty veterans.
    • After your free class if you decide that CrossFit is right for you, talk to one of the coaches and he or she will let you know what to do next.

If you have any hesitation about your current fitness level or are just a little apprehensive, we want you to know that we have all felt that same way too. Your coach will scale that days workout to fit YOUR current fitness level.
