Is CrossFit set-up for progression training. Meaning if you are not in shape like the people in the videos can the workouts be modified as you progress with you individual fitness goals?
Progressions and scalability are the heart of CrossFit. There are very few who can jump right in and complete the workout as written. We scale every workout to each individual.

Just come during a regular class time and meet the other members. We’ll be on the look out.
