Barbell Club

CrossFit Combustion Barbell Club is for anyone who wants to understand and achieve correct form on Olympic Movements. During a barbell session, the mechanics of the movements, improving explosiveness, strength and coordination are all covered. These attributes come together to help athletes lift properly and get stronger.

The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk are two lifts of particular focus at our Barbell Club. Our staff is dedicated to teaching athletes to execute these lifts with poise and confidence, and instructions is tailored for the individual. Our intention is to strengthen and enhance our athletes technique while making them comfortable under the barbell. The CrossFit Combustion Barbell Club is intended to supplement your regular CrossFit regimen, and designed to take you to the next level.
