CrossFit

The bedrock to what we do at Combustion is with our standard CrossFit
classes. These one-hour classes take place all through the week and follow
programming with a weekly and monthly focus. Most CrossFit classes will include a
strength portion (lifting) and a Metcon (cardio). Attending these classes will give you a
great workout in a fun atmosphere where you will be coached to ensure you get better
every day! CrossFit classes are open to all members and count towards your weekly
class totals.
